Interval Training

An efficient way to get fit fast. All riders welcome.

Team Tuesday

This is a longer ride (3 hours). Everyone finds a team to ride with. Different speed & skill levels.

Back on the trails

A ride to build confidence and courage on the single tracks.

A social ride for ladies who are not quite ready for Team Tuesdays yet.
